Jiangxi: It is strictly prohibited for third-party medical institutions to subcontract the outsourced sample testing projects to other institutions in violation of regulations.

The Jiangxi Provincial Health Commission and five other departments issued the "Regulations on the Management of Off-Site Sample Testing in Public Medical Institutions in Jiangxi Province", which stipulates that medical institutions should select third-party medical institutions with legal qualifications, standardized testing processes, reliable testing quality, and reasonable testing prices according to the procurement system. They should also sign standardized cooperation agreements with the third-party medical institutions. The cooperation agreements should specify the details of off-site sample testing projects, sample collection and transportation, handover procedures, quality of testing, report review, report deadlines, critical value reporting, result interpretation, project charges, rights and interests distribution, cost settlement, invoice handover, violations of off-site sample sending, biological safety prevention, confidentiality of personal information and genetic data, and clean agreement terms. For projects involving biological safety and human genetic resources, they should be managed in accordance with relevant national regulations. Any form of automatic renewal or performance after the expiration of the contract is strictly prohibited. Third-party medical institutions are strictly prohibited from subcontracting off-site sample testing projects to other institutions in violation of regulations.
