Jiangxi: Medical institutions should establish a list of entry requirements for delivery sample testing projects.

Jiangxi Provincial Health Commission and other six departments issued the "Management Regulations for Outsourced Sample Testing in Public Medical Institutions in Jiangxi Province". It is proposed that medical institutions should establish a list of admission criteria for outsourced sample testing projects. Outsourced sample testing projects should be based on authoritative medical norms, guidelines, expert consensus, etc., clearly mentioning testing projects that have clear value for patient diagnosis and follow-up treatment. For testing projects with no clear indication and high cost, strict control should be exercised to avoid overtreatment. Medical institutions should formulate a list of outsourced sample testing projects according to clinical treatment needs, organize relevant departments and experts to demonstrate the necessity and rationality of the projects, taking into account factors such as clinical application, medical insurance policies, etc., and implement them after a collective research decision through the "Three Determinations and One Agreement". The list can be updated regularly according to the actual situation of the medical institution in accordance with standardized procedures.
