Vogel Optoelectronics: Completed the repurchase and cancellation of 18,200 restricted shares.

Vog Photovoltaic announced that the company has completed the cancellation of a portion of the restricted stocks repurchased under the 2023 stock options and restricted stock incentive plan. This repurchase cancellation involves 18,200 restricted stocks that were granted to incentive recipients and have not yet been released from restriction, and was completed on October 30, 2025. After the repurchase cancellation, the total share capital of the company changed from 224,657,333 shares to 224,639,133 shares, with the restricted stocks decreasing to 78,000 shares from 96,200 shares. The unrestricted shares remain unchanged. The company will proceed with the business registration changes accordingly.
