According to the QiChaCha app, Baosteel Steel Pipe Technology Co., Ltd. was established recently, with Cai Jianguo as the legal representative and a registered capital of 1 billion RMB. Its business scope includes steel and iron smelting, steel hot rolling processing, and import and export of goods. Shareholding information from QiChaCha shows that this company is wholly owned by Baosteel Pipe Technology Co., Ltd., which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Baosteel Corporation.
