After investigation, it was found that Huang Zhengrong had lost his ideals and beliefs, betrayed his original intentions and missions, was disloyal and dishonest to the organization, transferred and concealed evidence, resisted organizational investigation; ignored the spirit of the Eight-point Central Regulations, illegally accepted gifts and money; lacked organizational principles, engaged in corruption in the promotion and assignment of cadres, breached integrity by using the vehicles of management and service targets for personal profit-making activities; had personal moral issues; abused his position for personal gain, illegally accepting a huge amount of money and goods; embezzled public funds on a large scale. Huang Zhengrong seriously violated the Party's political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline, and life discipline, and constituted a serious violation of duty and suspected of bribery and embezzlement crimes, and has not rectified his behavior since the 18th National Congress of the Party, with serious nature and severe consequences, he should be dealt with seriously. According to relevant regulations, after deliberation and approval by the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Hunan Province and reporting to the Hunan Provincial Party Committee, it was decided that Huang Zhengrong would be expelled from the Party discipline by the Discipline Inspection Commission of Hunan Province; he would be dismissed from public office by the Supervisory Commission of Hunan Province; confiscate his ill-gotten gains; and transfer his suspected criminal issues to the prosecution authority for investigation and prosecution, and the assets involved will also be transferred.
