According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Zhejiang Ideal Automotive Battery Co., Ltd. was established, with Liu Liguo as the legal representative and a registered capital of 70 million RMB. Its business scope includes: battery manufacturing, battery sales, research and development of new energy technologies, operation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, manufacturing of power distribution and control equipment, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Shandong Ideal Automotive Battery Co., Ltd., which is jointly owned by Xinwanda Power Technology Co., Ltd. and Beijing Ideal Automotive Co., Ltd.
