Ukraine needs financing to purchase 40 billion cubic meters of natural gas for the winter.

Sergei Kolchevsky, Chairman of the Board of Naftogaz, the National Oil and Gas Company of Ukraine, stated on the 28th that Ukraine needs to import more than 40 billion cubic meters of natural gas in order to smoothly pass through the heating season this autumn and winter.
