ASCENTAGE (06855): Multiple clinical advances will be presented at the 2026 American Society of Hematology (ASH) Annual Meeting, including an oral presentation for APG-5918.
Ascentage Pharma (06855) announced that multiple clinical and preclinical research advances have been selected for presentation at the 68th American Society of Hematology (ASH) Annual Meeting, covering four assets: olverembatinib (brand name: Nailike), China's first approved third-generation BCR-ABL inhibitor; lisaftoclax (brand name: Lishengtuo), China's first approved domestically developed Bcl-2 inhibitor; APG-5918, a PRC2/EED inhibitor; and APG-3288, a BTK degrader. These presentations comprehensively demonstrate the company's deep in the hematologic oncology field and its global innovation strength.
ASCENTAGE (06855) announced that multiple clinical and preclinical research advances from the company have been selected for presentation at the 68th American Society of Hematology (ASH) Annual Meeting, covering four assets: olverembatinib (brand name: NINLARO), China's first approved third-generation BCR-ABL inhibitor; lisaftoclax (brand name: LISAFTO), China's first approved domestically developed Bcl-2 inhibitor; APG-5918, a PRC2/EED inhibitor; and APG-3288, a BTK degrader. These presentations comprehensively demonstrate the company's deep layout and global innovation strength in the field of hematologic oncology. Notably, APG-5918 received an oral presentation upon its first disclosure of clinical data.
The annual ASH Annual Meeting is one of the largest academic gatherings in the global field of hematology, comprehensively covering research into the etiology and treatment of hematologic diseases. The 68th ASH Annual Meeting will be held from December 12, 2026 to December 15, 2026 local time in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA, in a hybrid format combining in-person and online participation.
At this ASH Annual Meeting, APG-5918 will present for the first time, in an oral presentation, clinical data on its efficacy and safety in the treatment of relapsed/refractory T-cell lymphoma (R/R TCL). R/R TCL is highly heterogeneous, and some patients are resistant to existing chemotherapy and targeted therapies, leaving limited clinical treatment options and significant unmet medical needs. As a novel EED inhibitor, APG-5918 has demonstrated encouraging antitumor activity and manageable safety in early clinical studies, and is expected to provide a new epigenetic targeted therapeutic option for these refractory TCL patients.
At the same time, ASCENTAGE will present data from multiple combination therapy studies of olverembatinib and lisaftoclax. These studies cover myeloid and lymphoid hematologic malignancies, adult and pediatric populations, and the full disease course from treatment-naive to relapsed/refractory. In patients with relapsed/refractory acute myeloid leukemia (R/R AML) previously treated with venetoclax, the triplet regimen of lisaftoclax combined with olverembatinib demonstrated positive efficacy. In the field of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), a chemotherapy-free regimen of olverembatinib combined with lisaftoclax for pediatric R/R Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) ALL achieved deep remission and demonstrated central nervous system penetration capability; for newly diagnosed (ND) pediatric Ph+ ALL, the olverembatinib-based combination regimen also showed a high disease remission rate. In addition, updated data on chemotherapy-free olverembatinib combination regimens in lymphoid blast phase chronic myeloid leukemia (CML-LBP) and Ph+ B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ BCP-ALL) will further validate the value of chemotherapy-free strategies in refractory lymphoid hematologic malignancies.
In addition, the company will disclose the synergistic antitumor effects of lisaftoclax in combination with olverembatinib and APG-5918, respectively, in preclinical models of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), among other findings.
