LONKING (03339): Wang Xiaobin Appointed as Executive Director and President
LONKING (03339) announced that, upon the recommendation of the Company's Nomination Committee, the Board has passed a resolution on November 3, 2026 to appoint Mr. Wang Xiaobin as an executive director and president of the Company, effective from November 3, 2026. The Board also announced that Mr. Li Xinyan has resigned from the position of president of the Group, effective from November 3, 2026. Following his resignation, Mr. Li will continue to serve as chairman of the Board and chief executive officer of the Group, and will focus on the Group's long-term development strategy.
