Jiangsu Etern (600105.SH) Chairman Proposes RMB30 Million to RMB50 Million Share Buyback
Jiangsu Etern (600105.SH) announced that Chairman Mo Siming has proposed that the company use its own funds or self-raised funds to repurchase a portion of its issued RMB ordinary shares (A shares) through the centralized bidding trading method on the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system. The repurchased shares are intended for use in employee equity incentives/employee stock ownership plans or to reduce the company's registered capital. The total repurchase amount shall be no less than RMB30 million (inclusive) and no more than RMB50 million (inclusive).
