DRAGON RISE GP (06829) announces that on October 23, 2026, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Dragon Rise Investment Holdings Limited, entered into a non-legally binding strategic cooperation framework agreement with a new energy enterprise to jointly promote global digital asset cooperation in the new energy sector. Pursuant to the framework agreement, Dragon Rise Investment has agreed to cooperate with the new energy enterprise to jointly promote global digital asset cooperation in the new energy sector, focusing on areas such as digital management, real world asset (RWA) financing, diversified funding support, and asset management, with the aim of advancing project development and strengthening the integration of assets and business operations. The cooperation tentatively covers new energy assets and related operating revenue rights and interests operated through an electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions platform in Thailand and other countries. In the initial phase, the parties intend to select 20 to 30 sites in Thailand, subject to due diligence and verification of ownership, rights, and necessary authorizations. It is understood that the new energy enterprise is a limited company incorporated in Hong Kong. It specializes in investing in, constructing, and operating EV charging infrastructure, as well as providing integrated new energy infrastructure services, with operations covering markets such as Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Brazil, and Mexico. In view of the enormous business opportunities for new energy vehicles in Hong Kong and its neighboring Asian countries, the Board believes that establishing strategic cooperation through the framework agreement will help the Group capture the growing demand for new energy vehicles in the region, enhance the Group's revenue diversification and profitability, and strengthen sustainable development. By entering into the framework agreement, the parties can carry out cooperation and leverage their respective available commercial resources and mutual support to promote global digital asset cooperation in the new energy sector, particularly in the investment, construction, and operation of EV charging infrastructure, while jointly promoting and enhancing new energy vehicle technologies and services to improve the operational efficiency of new energy vehicles and lay the foundation for expanding regional markets. The Board believes that the strategic cooperation among the parties is in line with the Group's strategy of reducing carbon emissions and establishing a competitive hub in the new energy sector.
