JIANGXI COPPER (00358) announced that on October 23, 2026, the Board elected Mr. Zhou Shaobing, the current Executive Director, as the Chairman of the Tenth Board of Directors and to act on behalf of the Board Secretary. Meanwhile, Mr. Zhou Shaobing, in his capacity as Chairman of the Board of Directors, also serves as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee of the Tenth Board of Directors and the Chairman of the Environmental, Social and Governance Development Committee. In addition, Mr. Zhou Shaobing has been removed from the position of General Manager of the Company.
