Beijing Strong Biotechnologies, Inc. (300406.SZ) announced that the Company recently received an invention patent certificate issued by the China National Intellectual Property Administration, involving the patent: "Method and Device for Detecting Prozone Phenomenon in Samples to Be Tested". The present invention relates to a method and device for detecting the prozone phenomenon in samples to be tested. A method for detecting the prozone phenomenon in a sample to be tested comprises: acquiring the sample to be tested; processing the raw signal reaction data of the sample to be tested to obtain a reaction curve of absorbance varying with time; calculating the second derivative of the reaction curve to obtain the inflection point of the reaction curve of the sample to be tested; and comparing the occurrence time of the inflection point of the reaction curve of the sample to be tested with a predetermined threshold to determine whether the prozone phenomenon exists in the sample to be tested. The method and device of the present invention can obtain a reaction curve of absorbance varying with time, and determine whether the prozone phenomenon exists in a sample by comparing the occurrence time of the point at which the second derivative of the reaction curve is zero (i.e., the inflection point), without relying on the selection of time intervals on the reaction curve; when used in combination with other methods for predicting prozone samples, the reliability of detection results is improved.
