ZHENRO PPT (06158) announced that the hearing on the winding-up petition against ZHENRO HONG KONG LIMITED has been adjourned. The adjourned hearing of the petition was originally scheduled to be held on October 20, 2026 at the High Court of Hong Kong. At the adjourned hearing, the High Court of Hong Kong ordered that the hearing of the petition be further adjourned to November 9, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. The Company is currently in negotiations with the Group's offshore creditors (including the Petitioner). A term sheet setting out the proposed terms of an offshore restructuring plan for resolving its liquidity issues has been sent to certain creditors of the Group (including the Petitioner). The offshore restructuring plan and scheme arrangement remain subject to reaching an agreement with creditors and the satisfaction of certain conditions precedent (including but not limited to obtaining approvals from the relevant competent authorities, courts and shareholders of the Company) before they can become effective.
