ZIJIN GOLD INTL(02259) announced that for January-September 2026, revenue was US$5.809 billion, up 70% year on year; profit attributable to owners of the parent was US$2.015 billion, up 123% year on year.
For the nine months ended September 30, 2026, the Group cumulatively produced approximately 41 tonnes of mined gold, up approximately 28% year on year. Revenue, profit attributable to owners of the parent and net cash flows from operating activities increased significantly by approximately 70%, 123% and 157% year on year respectively, fully demonstrating the effectiveness of the Group's resource integration and the continuous improvement of its refined operational management, as well as the stable operation of mature mines and the integration synergies of newly acquired mines.
During the reporting period, the production and operations of the Group's eight producing controlled mines were basically stable. Some mines saw slightly lower production pace in the third quarter of 2026 due to temporary factors such as equipment maintenance and changes in geological conditions; in the third quarter, the Group proactively advanced a number of technical upgrades and equipment upgrades aimed at consolidating the foundation for long-term production capacity, including the repair of the hollow shaft of the ball mill at the Paddington processing plant of Norton Gold Fields, slope treatment at the Aurora open pit, supplementary exploration and boundary expansion at Jilau/Taror of Zeravshan, and the addition of mining and stripping equipment at Rui Guoduo, which will lay a solid foundation for capacity release in the fourth quarter of 2026 and in 2027.
During the reporting period, the Group's all-in sustaining cost (AISC) was US$1,649/oz, continuing to maintain a leading level in the global gold industry. The year-on-year change was mainly due to: (1) a corresponding increase in royalties calculated on the basis of the gold price as the gold price rose significantly; and (2) upward movements in market prices for some raw and auxiliary materials.
In addition, in the fourth quarter of 2026, the Group will continue to increase the mined gold production of each mine, optimize beneficiation recovery rates, focus on cost control, further advance various mine technical upgrade and expansion projects, continue to increase exploration efforts, strengthen corporate governance and optimize ESG management, so as to create favorable conditions for the long-term steady development of the Group's business.
