According to a disclosure by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on October 19, Shenzhen Yuaxin Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as: Yuaxin Energy Storage) has passed the listing hearing for the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CMBI as its sole sponsor. According to Frost & Sullivan, with a shipment volume of 5.4 GWh in 2025 (i.e., the total capacity of battery cells or systems sent by manufacturers to developers) and a market share of 2.1%, Yuaxin Energy Storage ranks tenth in China's energy storage system solutions industry. The prospectus shows that Yuaxin Energy Storage is a Chinese integrated energy storage system solutions provider, focusing on providing comprehensive energy storage system solutions, hardware products, software systems/platforms, and supporting services. The company is engaged in the research and development, manufacturing, and sales of energy storage system solutions and products, and provides supporting services to customers in China and overseas. The company's energy storage system solutions and products are applied in a wide range of scenarios, including large-scale energy storage power stations and commercial and industrial applications. The company's energy storage system solutions comprise hardware products and software. The company's hardware products mainly include (i) GridUltra energy storage system containers for large-scale applications; and (ii) VenturePro energy storage integrated cabinets for commercial and industrial applications. These energy storage system products can store electrical energy to achieve peak shaving (reducing grid electricity consumption during peak periods) and valley filling (increasing electricity consumption during low-price periods), smooth power fluctuations, and provide frequency regulation to the grid. In addition, they can serve as backup power during outages and support the grid connection of renewable energy. The company's proprietary software systems/platforms support intelligent energy management, system integration, data analysis, and AI-driven optimization, operating in coordination with the company's hardware to enhance system performance and improve overall project economics. In particular, the company applies EnergyEMS (for large-scale energy storage system solutions)/EnergyHub (for commercial and industrial energy storage system solutions) and EnergyCloud for real-time energy data collection and analysis, as well as coordinated dispatch of distributed generation, helping customers optimize their overall electricity consumption profiles. Based on the successful deployment of Yuaxin Energy Storage's 300 MW/600 MWh project in Yongren, Yunnan in 2024, the 500 MW/2,000 MWh project in Inner Mongolia in 2025, and the 110 MWh project in Oroszlny, Hungary during the four months ended April 30, 2026, the company has further strengthened its capabilities in system integration, software optimization, operational support, and asset development, enabling it to capture emerging opportunities arising from the evolving market landscape. Yuaxin Energy Storage has achieved rapid growth through efficient execution of business activities. During the track record period, the company has successfully delivered a total of approximately 12.7 GWh of energy storage system solutions and products to customers in China, the United States, Spain, Hungary, and Poland. As of the latest practicable date, the company has delivered more than 13 GWh of energy storage system solutions and products to over 100 customers worldwide. The company's strengths and solutions have been widely recognized by the industry. In the first three quarters of 2025, Yuaxin Energy Storage obtained a BBB credit rating for bankability of energy storage system products from Informa Market. The company has obtained multiple certifications, such as the Quality Management System (ISO 9001), Environmental Management System (ISO 14001), Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001), Energy Management System (ISO 50001), and Social Responsibility System (GB/T 39604-2020), ensuring standardized and efficient management processes.
