Autek China Inc. (300595.SZ) subsidiary plans to invest 120 million yuan in Hengyi Medical.

Autek China Inc. (300595.SZ) announced that its controlled subsidiary, Suqian Shangyue Qicheng Hospital Management Co., Ltd. ("Shangyue Qicheng"), through its wholly-owned subsidiary Kunming Xingcheng Eye Hospital Co., Ltd. ("Xingcheng Eye Hospital"), plans to invest RMB 120 million of its own funds to acquire equity in Suqian Hengyi Medical Services Co., Ltd. ("Hengyi Medical"). Upon completion of this investment, Xingcheng Eye Hospital will hold 100% equity in Hengyi Medical. Through its wholly-owned subsidiary Kunming Shanglai, Hengyi Medical has established multi-tiered branches and subsidiaries in Kunming, Qujing, and other locations, focusing on myopia prevention and control and visual health services, with operating entities including clinics and optometry centers. With a professional team and services, it has built a strong reputation in the region and possesses significant profit growth potential.
