Bohai Leasing (000415.SZ)'s controlling subsidiary Avolon plans to purchase aircraft assets.

Bohai Leasing (000415.SZ) announced that Avolon Aerospace Leasing Limited ("AALL"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Avolon Holdings Limited ("Avolon"), a controlled subsidiary of the Company, signed a Purchase Agreement and related agreements with The Boeing Company on October 9, 2026 (Dublin time), pursuant to which it intends to purchase 140 B737 MAX series aircraft from Boeing. Avolon Aerospace Leasing Limited ("AALL"), CIT Aerospace LLC, and CIT Aerospace International Unlimited Company, wholly-owned subsidiaries of Avolon, respectively signed the Amended Aircraft Purchase Contract and related agreements with Airbus S.A.S. ("Airbus") on October 9, 2026 (Dublin time), pursuant to which they intend to purchase 110 next-generation technology aircraft from Airbus (including 75 A320NEO series aircraft and 35 A330NEO series aircraft), and simultaneously obtained purchase options for 100 next-generation technology aircraft (including 75 A320NEO series aircraft and 25 A330NEO series aircraft).
