LINK HOLDINGS (08237) announced that on September 29, 2026, the Company entered into a letter of intent with Keshuimao Sleep Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (Keshuimao) in respect of potential strategic cooperation on sleep health-themed hotels and accommodation services. Pursuant to the letter of intent, the Company and Keshuimao intend to explore potential strategic cooperation in phases, involving the testing, development, promotion and commercialization of "Wellness Sleep Rooms" and related sleep health lifestyle accommodation services for the Group's Kaga Hanatsubaki Hotel located in Japan.

The Board believes that the proposed cooperation, if implemented, may enable the Group to explore differentiated accommodation and wellness-oriented hospitality services, with a view to enhancing guest experience and assessing potential new revenue opportunities within the hotel and tourism-related business sectors.
