SUN HING PRINT(01975): Establishment of Investment Committee

SUN HING PRINT(01975) announced that, in order to handle, among other things, the Company's investment-related matters, the Company has established an Investment Committee, effective from September 28, 2026. Executive Director Mr. Chan Chi Kin has been appointed as the chairman of the committee, while the Company's independent non-executive Directors Mr. Wong Kam Fai, Mr. Wu Chun Sing and Mr. On Yu Chiu have each been appointed as members of the committee, all such appointments effective from September 28, 2026.
