YUNJING DIGITEC (08147) announced that with effect from September 28, 2026: (1) Mr. Li Qi has resigned as an executive director and will cease to serve as co-chairman of the board of directors of the company, with effect from September 28, 2026; (2) Mr. Pan Xiaodong has resigned as an executive director and will cease to serve as co-chairman of the board of directors of the company, with effect from September 28, 2026; (3) Mr. Zhang Chunxi has been appointed as an executive director, with effect from September 28, 2026; and (4) Mr. Xu Xuefeng has been appointed as a non-executive director, with effect from September 28, 2026.
