New Stock News | Hong Kong Stock Market to Welcome the "First RISC-V Stock" as ESWIN Computing Passes HKEX Hearing
On September 21, ESWIN Computing successfully passed the HKEX hearing, moving one step closer to listing on the Hong Kong Main Board. It is expected to fill the gap in RISC-V sector listings and become the "first RISC-V stock."
On September 21, Beijing ESWIN Computing Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ESWIN Computing" or the Company) successfully passed the HKEX hearing, moving one step closer to listing on the Hong Kong Main Board. It is expected to fill the gap in RISC-V sector targets and become the "first RISC-V stock."
In a global chip market long dominated by x86 and ARM architectures, RISC-V has rapidly grown into the third pole of computing architecture by virtue of its open-source, modular, and high-energy-efficiency characteristics, and is regarded as the native computing architecture of the AI era. According to Frost & Sullivan data, the market size of China's RISC-V main control chips grew from RMB 1.1 billion in 2021 to RMB 37.7 billion in 2025, with a compound annual growth rate of 139.5%, and is expected to reach RMB 219.4 billion by 2030, leaving huge room for growth.
According to Frost & Sullivan industry data, based on 2025 revenue, ESWIN Computing is China's largest domestic provider of intelligent terminal human-machine interaction chip products. In the direction of "RISC-V + AI," ESWIN Computing has become the company with the most comprehensive global coverage of patents, IP, and products.
As of the end of March 2026, the Company had cumulatively commercialized more than 150 products, serving more than 220 customers worldwide, including several of the world's top technology companies, with products covering multiple application scenarios such as intelligent computing, automotive, industrial, control, smart home, and office equipment.
Breaking down the revenue structure, human-machine interaction chips remain the Company's largest source of revenue, providing stable cash flow and a market base. The computing chip and solutions business is also accelerating its volume ramp-up, with revenue growing rapidly from RMB 375,000 in 2023 to RMB 320 million in 2025; in the first quarter of 2026, computing product revenue reached RMB 223 million, a substantial year-on-year increase, as products successfully entered core tracks such as automotive and industrial.
Prospectus data show that from 2023 to 2025, ESWIN Computing's revenue was RMB 1.752 billion, RMB 2.025 billion, and RMB 2.431 billion, respectively, with a three-year compound growth rate of approximately 17.8%; entering 2026, first-quarter revenue reached RMB 494 million, up 18.4% year-on-year, further accelerating the growth momentum.
Passing the hearing this time marks that ESWIN Computing has entered a new stage in its commercialization process. The key next step is to continue deepening RISC-V technology and product innovation and promote the large-scale implementation of RISC-V in high-value scenarios such as terminal AIization, intelligent computing, and Siasun Robot&Automation.
