SHENZHENEXPRESS (00548) announced that at the extraordinary general meeting held on September 17, 2026, Mr. Liu Zhengyu was appointed as an executive director of the ninth board of directors, with a term commencing from September 17, 2026 until the expiry of the ninth board of directors. The company will enter into a director's service agreement with Mr. Liu. At the sixty-seventh meeting of the ninth board of directors held on September 17, 2026, Mr. Liu was elected as the chairman of the company. The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Liu as the chairman of the strategy and investment committee and a member of the nomination committee, effective from September 17, 2026.
