Fujian Forecam Optics (688010.SH) plans to use part of the remaining raised funds for a precision optical components project and an aerospace camera R&D project.
Fujian Forecam Optics (688010.SH) announced that, to improve the efficiency of raised fund utilization, the company plans to use RMB 80.3536 million and RMB 30 million of remaining raised funds to invest in the construction of a multi-domain precision optical components industrialization project and an aerospace high-performance optical lens R&D project, respectively.
Fujian Forecam Optics (688010.SH) has announced that, in order to improve the efficiency of the use of raised funds, the company plans to use RMB 80.3536 million and RMB 30 million of its remaining raised funds to invest in the construction of a multi-domain precision optical components industrialization project and an aerospace high-performance optical lens R&D project, respectively.
The precision optical components project will involve investing in the purchase of precision optical component production equipment, as well as the construction of supporting facilities and the renovation of the site, for the production of molded lenses, spherical/aspherical lenses, flat lenses, and other products. The project construction period is 12 months. The construction period of the aerospace lens R&D project is 24 months. The company plans to rely on the aerospace lens R&D project to carry out systematic technological research and development, extending from components to payloads, further amplifying the value of the company's technical capabilities.
