ZHONG JIA GX (00899) announced that all conditions set out in the placing agreement have been fulfilled, and completion took place on September 16, 2026. Pursuant to the terms and conditions of the placing agreement, the placing agent has placed a total of 29,677,300 placing shares to not fewer than six placees at the placing price of HK$0.140 per placing share, representing approximately 6.25% of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company immediately upon the allotment and issue of the placing shares following completion.
