TEDA BIOMEDICAL (08189) announced that its holding subsidiary, Shenzhen Yishu Jingcheng Technology Co., Ltd. (Yishu Jingcheng), has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China Communication Construction Group Corporation (CCCC) through its wholly-owned leading consulting and design enterprise, China Communication Construction Design Institute Co., Ltd. (CCCC Design Institute). Both parties will fully utilize their respective qualifications, technical strengths, project experiences, and other advantages to engage in in-depth strategic cooperation in the fields of public data operations and industry large models: 1. Project Joint Expansion: The two parties will jointly explore public data operations and industry large model-related projects. 2. Project Construction and Operation: Both parties will collaborate on the construction and operation of public data operations and industry large model-related projects. Yishu Jingcheng will provide comprehensive data services, including data cleaning, intelligent data analysis, and customized model training; the CCCC Design Institute will fully leverage its qualifications, technical strengths, project experiences, and other advantages to ensure the smooth completion of the projects. Currently, public data operations and industry large models are becoming important engines driving the high-quality development of the digital economy, and the training optimization, scenario implementation, and personalized service delivery of industry large models all require high-quality, secure, and highly available data resources as core support.
