Kai'er New Materials (300234.SZ) announced that its holding subsidiary, Ningbo Meishan Free Trade Port Area Kai'er Cultural Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Kai'er Culture"), plans to transfer its 3.3941% equity stake in Shanghai Hezhi Information Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hezhi Information") to Yang Zhiguo for a price of 8 million yuan. Upon completion of the transaction, Kai'er Culture will no longer hold any equity in Hezhi Information.
Zhejiang Kaier New Materials (300234.SZ) announced that its controlling subsidiary, Ningbo Meishan Bonded Port Area Kaier Cultural Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Kaier Culture"), intends to transfer its 3.3941% stake in Shanghai Hezhi Information Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hezhi Information") to Yang Zhiguo for 8 million yuan. Upon completion of the transaction, Kaier Culture will no longer hold any equity in Hezhi Information.
