BIOSYSEN (01355): 256 million unsubscribed rights issue shares have been successfully allocated.
Biological Systems Engineering (01355) announced that on September 2, 2026 (Wednesday) at 4:00 PM (the final deadline for the placement agent to place the allotted shares), 256 million unsubscribed rights issue shares have been successfully placed to no fewer than six placees at a price of HKD 0.068 per share (equivalent to the subscription price) in accordance with the placement. Therefore, there will be no net proceeds available for distribution to the non-participating shareholders.
BIOSYSEN (01355) announced that on September 2, 2026 (Wednesday) at 4:00 PM (the final deadline for the placement agent to place the offered shares), 256 million unclaimed rights issue shares have been successfully placed to no less than six placees at a price of HKD 0.068 per share (equal to the subscription price) according to the placement arrangement. Therefore, there will be no net proceeds available for distribution to non-participating shareholders.
All conditions set out in the rights issue circular regarding the rights issue and placement have been fulfilled, and the rights issue and placement will become unconditional on September 3, 2026 (Thursday) at 4:00 PM.
According to the results of the rights issue acceptance and placement results, a total of 597 million rights issue shares will be allocated and issued, accounting for 100% of the total rights issue shares available for subscription.
