The price index for small and medium-sized units (below 100 square meters) dropped by 0.46% month-on-month, while the price index for larger units (100 square meters or more) decreased by 0.31%. Among them, the price index for Type A properties (below 40 square meters) fell by 0.35% month-on-month; Type B properties (40 to 69.9 square meters) dropped by 0.57%; Type C properties (70 to 99.9 square meters) declined by 0.55%; Type D properties (100 to 159.9 square meters) decreased by 0.38%; and Type E properties (160 square meters or more) remained unchanged. Regarding rent indices, in July, the private residential rent index rose to 207.4, reaching a new high, with a month-on-month increase of 0.78% and a year-on-year increase of 5.07%. In the first seven months of this year, the private residential property price index rose by 7.31%, and the rent index increased by 3.44%.
