In addition to the improved operational performance of its hotel business and reduced financing costs due to lower interest rates, the group's profitability during the period was mainly attributed to the gains realized from the sale in April 2026 of its subsidiary that owns the Regal Oriental Hotel located in Hong Kong, which is held through the company's listed subsidiary REGAL REIT.
