MP CARDIOFLOW-B(02160) has appointed Zhang Ruinian as the company's president.

Micro-Invasive Heart Communication-B (02160) announced that starting from August 26, 2026, Mr. Zhang Ruinian has resigned as the company's Chief Executive Officer and has been appointed as the company's President; Mr. Chen Guoming has resigned as Chairman of the Board, has been transitioned from a non-executive director to an executive director, and has been appointed as the company's Chief Executive Officer. He will no longer serve as a member of the company's Audit Committee and has been appointed as a member of the company's Nomination Committee; and Dr. Brian Chang has been appointed as Chairman of the Board and a member of the Audit Committee, and will no longer serve as a member of the Nomination Committee.
