Dongpeng Beverage (09980) announced that on August 5, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary Dongpeng Beverage Marketing (Guangdong) and Guangdong Supply Chain will subscribe to wealth management products amounting to RMB 550 million provided by Huaxia Bank (the current Huaxia subscription matter). At the time of this Huaxia subscription matter, the companys subsidiary had not yet completed the subscription for wealth management products with a total principal amount of RMB 1.857 billion from Huaxia Bank (the previous Huaxia subscription matter). The Group will utilize its idle funds to pay for the current Huaxia subscription matter.
