According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on August 3, CEO Yan Yude increased his holdings in LEADER EDU (01565) by 2 million shares at a price of HK$0.195 per share, for a total amount of HK$390,000. After the increase, the latest number of shares held is approximately 1.442 billion shares, with the latest holding percentage at 46.68%.
This transaction involves other related parties: Wang Xiaoying.
Additional information: Virscend Education Company Limited (the "Company") repurchased 2,000,000 shares on 03 August 2026 for holding as treasury shares. Since Mr. Yan Yude controls more than one-third voting power at the Company's general meetings, Mr. Yan is deemed to have an interest in such treasury shares of the Company under the SFO.
There is an increase in the number of shares in which the spouse of the director is interested in due to the repurchase of shares by Virscend Education Company Limited for holding as treasury shares.
