IPO News | Vinda Technology's Hong Kong stock IPO and domestic unlisted shares "full circulation" have been filed with the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
On July 31, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the "Notice on the Registration of the Overseas Issuance and Listing of Weidali Technology Co., Ltd. and the Full Circulation of Unlisted Shares in China."
On July 31, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission released the "Record Notice on the Overseas Issuance and Listing of Vinda Technology Co., Ltd. and the 'Full Circulation' of Unlisted Shares in the Domestic Market." The company plans to issue no more than 220,164,400 overseas listed common shares and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. A total of 17 shareholders of the company intend to convert their aggregate 765,789,470 unlisted domestic shares into overseas listed shares and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for trading.
According to the prospectus, the company is a global technology firm focused on interface enhancement technology and related materials engineering, serving leading global clients in consumer electronics, smart automotive, and emerging fields.
