On July 30, Yuanji Food Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yuanji Food") submitted an updated prospectus to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. It is noteworthy that Yuanji Food, which is referred to as the "first stock of fresh-made dumplings and wontons," has previously received the registration notice for overseas issuance and listing from the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The update of the prospectus indicates that Yuanji Food's listing process in Hong Kong has entered a substantial promotion phase following the acquisition of the key "road permit." According to the latest prospectus, in the fiscal year 2025, Yuanji Food's store GMV is projected to reach 6.662 billion yuan, with revenue of 2.795 billion yuan and an adjusted net profit of 262 million yuan. In terms of store scale, as of May 30, 2026, the total number of stores worldwide is expected to reach 4,773, including 41 overseas stores, indicating that its overseas market layout has begun to take shape.
