On Thursday, Oracle Corporation (ORCL.US) shares rose, increasing more than 7% to $126.26 as of the time of publication. Prior to this, Oracle Corporation announced an expansion of its collaboration with Alphabet Inc. Class C, integrating the Gemini artificial intelligence (AI) models into its enterprise application platform to offer more generative AI tool options for enterprise clients. According to a statement released by Oracle Corporation, its enterprise clients will soon be able to use the Gemini model through the AI Agent Studio under Fusion Applications. Additionally, Oracle Corporation plans to embed the Gemini model within Oracle Fusion Applications and Oracle NetSuite to support more built-in AI application scenarios, further enhancing the intelligence capabilities of enterprise applications. This collaboration deepens the long-standing partnership between Oracle Corporation and Alphabet Inc. Class C, which has gradually expanded beyond cloud infrastructure into the field of artificial intelligence in recent years. It is noteworthy that Oracle Corporation has not limited its enterprise clients to its own AI models but has positioned Gemini as another option within its AI tool ecosystem, providing clients with more diversified model support. Analysts believe this also reflects the current trends in the enterprise software industry, where platform vendors are increasingly inclined to incorporate multiple large language models (LLMs), enabling enterprises to flexibly choose different AI tools within their existing business systems without being constrained by a single model provider. As enterprise clients demand for generative AI applications continues to grow, an open, multi-model AI ecosystem is gradually becoming an important direction for competition in the industry.
