Dongjiang Environmental Protection (00895) announces that the Board of Directors of Dongjiang Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has recently received a written resignation report from the company's securities affairs representative Lin Desheng. Lin Desheng has applied to resign from the position of company's securities affairs representative due to personal reasons, and will no longer hold any position in the company after resignation. According to the relevant provisions of the Company Law and the Company's Articles of Association, the above resignation report shall take effect from the date of delivery to the Board of Directors.
