BAYZED HEALTH (02609): Lv Chao appointed as executive director.

BAYZED HEALTH (02609) announced that Mr. Zhao Yongkai (Mr. Zhao) did not seek re-election as a result of wanting to devote more time to other businesses, and he resigned as an executive director after the annual general meeting of shareholders. With Mr. Zhao's resignation, he also ceased to serve as the authorized representative of the company under Listing Rule 3.05 after the annual general meeting of shareholders. The Board further announced that Dr. Chen Haoyang has been appointed as the authorized representative, effective from June 16, 2026. Following approval from shareholders at the annual general meeting, Mr. Lv Chao has been appointed as an executive director, effective from June 16, 2026.
