KPMG issued an announcement that the current overseas auditor, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (Deloitte), will finish its term at the end of the annual general meeting for the fiscal year 2025 on May 27, 2026 and will be appointed as the overseas auditor for the company. Deloitte will serve as the overseas auditor for the group's comprehensive financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2025, prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards issued by the International Accounting Standards Board.
Hainan Drinda New Energy Technology (02865) announced that the current overseas auditor, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants LLP (Deloitte), will end its term at the conclusion of the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting on May 27, 2026, and will appoint a new overseas auditor. Deloitte will continue to serve as the overseas auditor for the Company's comprehensive financial statements prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards as of December 31, 2025.
At the 11th meeting of the fifth board of directors held on April 30, 2026, the board of directors, after considering the recommendation of the Audit Committee, decided to appoint Zhong Hui Anda Certified Public Accountants LLP (Zhong Hui Anda) as the new overseas auditor for the Company for the fiscal year 2026 after the end of Deloitte's term; and to continue appointing Zhong Hui Certified Public Accountants LLP (Special General Partnership) as the domestic auditor for the fiscal year 2026. The board of directors believes that changing the overseas auditor will help improve efficiency in handling domestic and cross-border audit requirements, while considering the need for effective cooperation in audit work across different jurisdictions to ensure the independence, objectivity, and fairness of the audit process.
