MIRXES-B (02629) announced that on April 27, 2026, the company received a letter from the Stock Exchange, listing the following guidelines for the resumption of trading of the company's shares: (i) Conduct appropriate independent forensic investigations into prepayments, significant cash outflows after December 31, 2025, and any other similar payments or transactions of concern, evaluate their impact on the company's business operations and financial condition, disclose the investigation results, and take appropriate corrective measures; (ii) Demonstrate the integrity, capability, and character of the group's management and/or any individuals with significant influence on the company's management and operations, such that there are no reasonable regulatory concerns that could pose risks to investors and harm market confidence; (iii) Engage an independent internal control consultant to conduct an independent internal control review and demonstrate that: (i) significant deficiencies identified in the trading suspension have been corrected and all necessary corrective measures have been implemented; and (ii) the company's internal control is sufficient and effective for its purposes, ensuring compliance with all major aspects of the listing rules, including but not limited to financial reporting, disclosure requirements, compliance with related party transactions, and disclosure of significant information; (iv) Publish all unpublished financial performance information in accordance with the listing rules and address any audit revisions; (v) Demonstrate compliance with rule 13.24 of the listing rules; and (vi) Disclose all relevant information to the market for shareholders and investors to assess the company's condition. The company's shares will remain suspended.
