Yide Investment Holdings (06182) announced that the company's controlling shareholder, Mars Nest Limited (the seller), has informed the company that they have facilitated investors (subscribers) to purchase 1.113 billion shares held by the seller, accounting for approximately 13.91% of the company's existing issued share capital, at a subscription price of HK$0.24375 per share (subscription shares).
TWINTEK (06182) Announces that the Company has been informed by its controlling shareholder, Mars Nest Limited (the Seller), that the Seller has facilitated investors (the Placees) to acquire 1.113 billion shares of the Seller's holding (representing approximately 13.91% of the Company's existing issued share capital) at a placement price of HK$0.24375 per share (the Placement).
In addition, trading of the company's shares remains suspended.
