The Cyberspace Administration of China and the National Railway Administration jointly held talks with 7 third-party internet platforms involved in the sale of train tickets, requiring the platforms to comply with relevant laws and regulations on cybersecurity, and not to interfere with or jeopardize the safe and stable operation of the railway's 12306 platform.
Recently, in accordance with the provisions of the Cybersecurity Law and the Regulations on the Security Protection of Critical Information Infrastructure, the Cyberspace Administration of China and the National Railway Administration jointly held talks with seven third-party internet platforms involved in railway ticket sales such as Ctrip, Qunar, Fliggy, Zhi Xing Piao, Gaotie Guanjia, etc. The relevant platforms were required to strictly implement the requirements of cybersecurity laws and regulations, not to use automated programs to carry out large-scale, high-frequency ticket grabbing operations that interfere with the security verification measures of the railway 12306 platform, and not to interfere with or harm the security and stable operation of the railway 12306 platform. Subsequent relevant departments will strengthen technical monitoring.
