BLOCKFIN HLDG(00888): Change of custodian for pledged shares.

BLOCKFIN HLDG (00888) announced that the joint and several receivers of the pledged shares have been changed from Mr. Wen Xiaoyang and Mr. Zhuang Rijie of PwC Limited, to Ms. Leung Siu Yin of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu CPA Limited and Mr. Ho Jun Yu of Deloitte Consulting (Hong Kong) Limited, with effect from March 31, 2026. Apart from the above, the company has not received any further information from the receivers regarding the controlling interests (i.e. 30% of the issued share capital). If the receivers subsequently inform the company that: (i) they are actively seeking potential buyers for the controlling interests; or (ii) they are in negotiations with potential buyers regarding the controlling interests, the company will, as necessary or appropriate, make further announcements in accordance with the Listing Rules and Takeovers Code.
