HIPINE (02583) announced that Ms. Shi Xueling has resigned from her position as joint company secretary and authorized representative for legal process documents of the company for personal development reasons, effective from March 17, 2026, in accordance with the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance Chapter 622, section 16, for receiving legal process documents on behalf of the company in Hong Kong, and in accordance with the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Chapter 19A.13(2), for receiving legal process documents or notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong. Ms. Mak Baowen has been appointed as the joint company secretary, authorized representative, and authorized representative for legal process documents, effective from March 17, 2026. Mr. Li Yangjin will continue to serve as the other joint company secretary.
