Rayson Lifestyle Services (01922) announced that the board of directors has received notice that Silver Huang Holding Limited (Silver Huang), a company owned entirely by Mr. Huang Qingping (Mr. Huang), has sold approximately 67.1355 million shares of the company, representing approximately 25.13% of the total issued share capital of the company.

After the share transfer, Chen Xiao holds a total of 67.1355 million shares (approximately 25.13% of the total issued share capital of the company) and has become a major shareholder of the company; Silver Huang holds a total of 10.002 million shares (approximately 3.74% of the total issued share capital of the company) and is no longer a major shareholder of the company; and Mr. Huang, through Silver Huang and Silver Wutong Holding Limited, holds a total of approximately 13.8977 million shares (approximately 5.20% of the total issued share capital of the company) and is no longer a controlling shareholder of the company.
At the request of the company, trading of the company's shares on the Stock Exchange has been suspended from 9:04 am on August 28, 2024, and will continue to be suspended until further notice.
