Lide Education (01449) announced that Hong Kong Li Xindehao Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. will retire as the company's auditor at the end of its current term at the annual general meeting of shareholders to be held on February 24, 2026. The Board of Directors hereby announces that, upon the recommendation of the Company's Audit Committee, the Board has decided to appoint Zhongzhi Xin (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. (Zhongzhi Xin) as the new auditor of the company after the retirement of Li Xindehao, effective from the end of the annual general meeting of shareholders and until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders, subject to approval by the shareholders at the annual general meeting of shareholders.
