Yuanxiang Group (08401) announced that, effective from January 30, 2026:
(1) Mr. Xie Cheng, the current executive director of the company, has been appointed as the chairman of the board of directors;
(2) Ms. Cai Ying, the current executive director of the company, has been appointed as the CEO of the company;
(3) Mr. Zhang Yu has been appointed as an executive director of the company;
(4) Ms. Zhang Li has resigned as an executive director of the company;
(5) Ms. Zhang Li is no longer a member of the nomination committee, while Mr. Xie Cheng has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee.
STREAM IDEAS (08401) announced that, effective from January 30, 2026, the following changes have been made: (1) Mr. Xie Cheng, the current Executive Director of the company, has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board; (2) Ms. Cai Ying, the current Executive Director of the company, has been appointed as the CEO; (3) Mr. Zhang Yu has been appointed as an Executive Director of the company; (4) Ms. Zhang Li has resigned as an Executive Director of the company; (5) Ms. Zhang Li is no longer a member of the Nomination Committee, and Mr. Xie Cheng has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee.
