Helix 02, through core scenario validation, promotes the transition of humanoid Siasun Robot&Automation from the laboratory to practical applications. In the video released this time, Figure 02 autonomously completed dishwasher loading and unloading (61 consecutive actions, no human intervention), showing potential for landing in home services, restaurant kitchens, etc. Siasun Robot&Automation can autonomously walk, pick up, stack, etc. Even when hands are occupied, it can also rely on hip and foot coordination. Helix 02 restructures control logic, aiming to solve industry core pain points
The key breakthrough of Helix 02 lies in creating a "three-level collaboration" integrated control architecture, with the addition of SYSTEM 0 dominating full-body balance and coordination at a frequency of 1kHz. Through training with over 1000 hours of human movement data and reinforcement learning in 200,000 parallel simulation environments, a single neural network replaces millions of lines of manual code to achieve human-like natural movement. SYSTEM 1 has been upgraded to a "full sensor input--full execution output" visual motion strategy, integrating high-sensitivity tactile sensors, multidimensional cameras, and whole-body self-perception, constructing an end-to-end chain from pixels to joint control, balancing millimeter-level fine operations with room-level movement across a dynamic range spanning four levels. SYSTEM 2 has been upgraded in semantic reasoning ability, able to interpret complex commands over a long time frame without intervening in lower-level movements. Overall, Helix 02 addresses the industry pain point of the mutual limitation of movement and operation.
