Guangzhou Hangxin Aviation Technology (300424.SZ): DMH will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Hangxin.

Guangzhou Hangxin Aviation Technology (300424.SZ) announced that, in line with its business plan and development needs, its wholly-owned subsidiary Hangxin Aviation Services Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hong Kong Hangxin") intends to acquire 100% equity of Direct Maintenance Holding B.V. (hereinafter referred to as "DMH"), currently held by Magnetic MRO AS's wholly-owned subsidiary Magnetic MRO Holding B.V. (hereinafter referred to as "MMROH"). The total transaction price is 13.8458 million Euros (approximately 114 million RMB). Prior to this transaction, Hong Kong Hangxin indirectly held 84.96% stake in DMH. After the completion of this transaction, Hong Kong Hangxin will directly hold 100% stake in DMH, making DMH a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Hangxin. There will be no change in the company's consolidated financial statements.
