The DAIDO GROUP (00544) has announced that on October 27, 2025, the Company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary DSL (as tenant) has entered into a temporary agreement with Yao Sheng (as landlord) regarding the property located at Unit 2703, 27th Floor, Tower 1, Harbour Centre, 18 Harbour Road, Hong Kong.
In considering the option to renew the existing lease or lease new office space, the Board of Directors has carefully evaluated multiple factors, including location, transportation convenience, operational efficiency, and long-term strategic consistency. The Board believes that the property is located in the commercial district of Admiralty in Hong Kong and is conveniently situated. Therefore, the Board believes that the relocation and entering into the temporary agreement will benefit the future development of the Group.
